What we did
We have developed a tool for the automated execution of Instagram Giveaway for @DarmstadtimHerzen. It enables forgery-proof winner selection, intelligent filters for valid entries (e.g. tags, mentions, date) as well as the retrieval and management of comments. Participant lists can also be conveniently exported as an Excel file.
Project Goal
The aim was to create a transparent and secure system for Instagram Giveaways that automates the process from participant verification to winner selection. The unique selling point was the explicit focus on compliance with data protection regulations. This should reduce the effort and increase traceability and fairness.

Summary of the project
A tool has been developed for the Instagram Giveaway of @DarmstadtimHerzen that fully automates the execution, evaluation and winner selection. With intelligent filters (for tags, mentions, date and duplicates), live comment management and a manipulation-proof random selection, it offers a fair and transparent solution. An Excel export of the participant list also enables easy further processing. The aim was to minimize the effort and create maximum traceability.
